I completed my academic studies with a thesis on Freemasonry in the Netherlands, a subject that led to the production of a documentary and later to lectures and published articles exploring its historical, cultural, and social dimensions.
In addition to this work, I speak and write about Female Leadership, Human Behavior & Systems Thinking, focusing on the neurobiological and systemic foundations of leadership and human interaction in organizations. I am currently working on a book that further explores the role and applicability of the female brain in leadership and complex systems.
